We ordered this grill to cook breakfast on the weekends. My husband was tired of having to cook multiple batches of pancakes, french toast, bacon, hashbrowns, etc. in a medium cast iron fry pan. After researching the numerous grill/girddles available for sale, we decided to purchase this one because it seemed to offer the most performace at a reasonable price.
Everything we’ve cooked on this grill has turned out better than we’d hoped for…in fact, it has cook our foods very well. The grill has no cold/hot spots to mention. It’s evenly heated throughout. The manual has some recipes included and it also has the recommended cooking time/temp chart that we found handy at first. Experience has taught us to lower the heat from the recommended settings, which appear to be on the higher side.
