It was a big circular grill made out of stone. It was about 5 or 6 feet across and maybe 3 feet high. It was a fairly dark interior of the place. Anybody know the name of this place? Thanks!

It sounds like The Salt Lick just outside of Austin,Texas but I don't think 3-D has done a show there. There is an other place in Baltimore that does pit beef over an open flame but I can't think of the name. The Baltimore show included Duff Goldman the Ace of Cakes from Charm City Cakes.
